Personal historian Tammy Mitchell penned Charlotte Fels as-told-to memoir, This Is My Story, pictured here in paperback. Memory Works created the front cover photo montage using photos that are also included on the inside layout. The back cover copy, written by Tammy, is accompanied by her photo and a short author’s bio.
Eldon Kramer’s genealogy masterpiece, The Trek, was produced in both hardcover
and paperback, the majority in paperback. We created the cover design for the
softcover version, shown here, from a photo taken by Mr. Kramer. The overall color
of the cover was designed to match prominent colors in the photo.
A drawing by artist Millie Shehorn was used on the front cover of the paperback version of There I Was at 30,000 Feet, by Quentin Brown. The back cover of the World War II memoir was created from a digital photo of a fabric wall-hanging owned by Mr. Brown. Shot down over Berlin in April of 1944, Brown was a prisoner of war until the war ended in 1945.
For easy kitchen reading, we chose a spiral, lay-flat binding for The Caliendo-Vitale Cookbook, created by Jeanne Caliendo. Jeanne’s first cousin Frank is pictured on the front cover of the cookbook with his wife, Michelle Vitale Caliendo. Jeanne collected over 50 recipes from family members, as well as numerous photos. A special treasure for any family!
